What happens to my photo?
It’s used for your preview only, and for the quote if you ask for one. It is never published or sold, and it is deleted after 40 days, along with the preview.
How do I get the preview?
On a private page, whose link appears as soon as you send the photo. With your e-mail, we write to you when it’s ready, and it shows up in your account too.
Is the result exactly what you will install?
It’s an image to help you picture it. The gardener checks the light, the weight and the water supply on the visit, and may swap a plant for one that suits better.
Which photo works best?
Straight on, in daylight, from inside, with the floor and the railing in view. Avoid backlight and zoom.
Does it work for a patio or a roof terrace?
Yes: riad patio, terrace, roof, town garden. For a very large space, it’s better to ask for a visit.
Is it really free?
Yes, no account and no commitment. We make our living when you choose to do the balcony with us.
